Allan Aquila

General Manager/Partner Allan Aquila of the Yarrow Bay Grill, Beach Cafe at the Point, and Yarrow Bay Grill Catering, believes his 28 years of restaurant experience have given him the basic foundation for the high quality he insists upon. Allan is known throughout the hospitality trade for his great attention to detail. On staff at Yarrow Bay for the last thirteen years - first as Grill Manager and Wine Buyer, then as founder of the Yarrow Bay Grill catering department and Director of Banquets and Catering, he has served as General Manager of the Yarrow Bay Grill, Beach Cafe at the Point, and Yarrow Bay Grill Catering for the last nine years.
